Shipping Policy
Shipping Fees
- Supplements: shipping is free on your first order. Each subscription refill after that has a flat $4.95 shipping and handling fee.
- All other products: free standard shipping on orders over $50. Subscription refills have a flat $4.95 shipping and handling fee.
Order Processing
Orders ship from our US warehouse within 1 business day. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
You'll get an email with your tracking link once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for it to arrive. Tracking updates can take 1 to 2 days to appear.

These times include our 1 business day processing. They are estimates, not guarantees, and can be a little longer during holidays and big sales.
Changes and Cancellations
We move fast, so there's only a short window to change or cancel an order. Once your order is being packed, it can't be changed or cancelled. If you need help, email hello@glovbeauty.com or chat with us right away and we'll do our best.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of a wrong address, we can reship it to the correct address or refund your order.
International Orders
International orders may be charged duties, taxes or customs fees by your country. These fees aren't included in our prices and are paid by the customer. We're not responsible for customs delays.
We don't currently ship to Albania, Algeria, Indonesia, Kosovo, Martinique, Morocco, Nigeria, South Sudan or Tunisia.
