We Ship Worldwide!

Free Worldwide Shipping on Orders Over $50!

Order Processing

It takes 1–2 business days to process your order after confirmation, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Same-day shipping is not available.
  • Orders placed on Monday will typically ship out by Tuesday or Wednesday.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this email.

The tracking link will include an estimated delivery date. Please note this is an estimate and not guaranteed. Over 90% of orders arrive within this timeframe, but it is still an approximation and not a guarantee.

Order Cancellations and Modifications

Once a packing slip is created, the order is being prepared for shipment (this does not necessarily mean it has already shipped). At this point, we cannot cancel or modify the order.

Shipping Notifications

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed (within 48 hours).
  • A second email will be sent once your order ships, including your tracking number and a link to track your package.
  • Tracking updates may take 1–4 days to appear.

For certain locations such as Hawaii, Alaska, and South Africa, tracking may not update for 7–10 days, but your package is still in transit.

How to Get a More Updated Delivery Status

  1. Locate your tracking link in the shipping confirmation email.
  2. Find the "Last Mile Carrier" link in the tracking details.
  3. Copy the Last Mile Carrier tracking number.
  4. Visit the local shipping company's website.
  5. Enter the copied tracking number on their site.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

If your package is returned to us, we can reship it to the correct address. Please note there is a $10 reshipping fee.

Handling Customs Delays

Glov Beauty is not responsible for customs delays or fees. Customers are fully responsible for responding to any inquiries or requests from their local customs office to ensure their package clears customs.

International Taxes and Duties

International customers are responsible for paying any applicable duties, taxes, or other fees required by their local customs authority.

Shipping During Holidays or Peak Seasons

During peak seasons (holidays, major sales events), order processing and shipping may take longer than usual. Please allow extra time for order processing and delivery.

Returns

By placing an order with Glov Beauty, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.

Undeliverable Countries

We do not ship to the following countries: Albania, Algeria, Indonesia, Kosovo, Martinique, Morocco, Nigeria, South Sudan, Tunisia.
