We stand behind every product with a money-back guarantee, even if you've used it. If you're not happy, we'll make it right.
Guarantee windows
Your guarantee starts on the day your order is delivered.
- Supplements and Hair Renewal shampoos and conditioners: 60 days. Subscriptions included.
- Hair Regrowth System: 120 days.
- All other products (devices, needle heads, serums, creams, masks, patches, kits and bundles): 30 days.
How to request a refund
Submit a request at glovbeauty.com/apps/returns. Once it's approved, we'll email you a return number (RMA) and instructions. Ship your return within 7 days of approval, in the original packaging (box, pouch, bottle or case), even if the product is used or empty. Returns without an RMA number or original packaging can't be refunded.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a trackable service, since we can't take responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Damages and issues
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email hello@glovbeauty.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and a photo of the shipping box showing the tracking label. We'll send a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.
Delivered but not received
If your order shows as delivered but you can't find it, check your mailbox, safe spots and neighbors, and give it 48 hours, since carriers sometimes mark packages early. Still missing? Submit a request at glovbeauty.com/apps/returns with your order number and shipping address. We offer a one-time free replacement. Orders marked as delivered aren't eligible for a refund.
Exceptions
Free items are final sale. Original shipping and expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll process it within 10 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and can take another 5 to 7 business days to show up, depending on your bank.
