Hair growth takes time, so we give you a full 120 days to use the system consistently and judge your progress. If you're not satisfied after 120 days of use, you may request a return for a full refund.

**60-Day Guarantee — Supplements & Hair Renewal Wash Care**
All ingestible Supplements and our Hair Renewal shampoos and conditioners are backed by a 60-day guarantee, giving your body and hair time to respond.

**30-Day Guarantee — Devices, Topicals, Patches, Masks, Kits & Bundles**
All other Glov Beauty products — including the Micro Infusion System and devices, needle heads, scalp spray, serums, creams, moisturizers, eye products, masks, patches, and all bundles and kits — are backed by our standard 30-day guarantee.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Visit our Returns Portal: https://glovbeauty.com/apps/returns/
2. Submit your return request and wait for approval.
3. Once approved, you'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
4. Ship the product(s) back to us within **7 days** of approval.

**Important:** You must receive an RMA number before sending your return. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted under any circumstance and will not be eligible for a refund.

**Note:** Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Glov Beauty is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Delivered, Not Received Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, we're happy to offer a one-time free replacement.

How to Qualify for a Replacement:

- First, check your mailbox, any secure delivery spots, and ask your neighbors if they accepted the package on your behalf.
- If you still can't locate it, keep checking over the next 48 hours. Carriers sometimes mark a package as delivered a day or two before it actually arrives.
- If your package still hasn't arrived after 48 hours, submit a request through our Returns Portal: **https://glovbeauty.com/apps/returns/**
- Provide your order number and confirm your shipping address for review.

**Note:** Refunds are not available for orders marked as delivered. Only a one-time free replacement will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within **7 days** of delivery at hello@glovbeauty.com

Please include:
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A photo of the shipping box with the visible tracking label

Once reviewed, we'll send a replacement or issue store credit, depending on product availability.

Refund Processing

- Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to **10 business days** for processing.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take an additional **5–7 business days** to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

**Do I have to pay for return shipping?**
Yes. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping service, as Glov Beauty is not responsible for lost returns.

**Can I return products without contacting you or getting an RMA?**
No. All returns must be initiated through our Returns Portal and approved with a valid RMA number.

**How long do I have to ship my return after approval?**
You must ship within 7 days of receiving your return approval. Returns shipped after this period may not be accepted.

**How long is my guarantee?**
It depends on the product: 120 days for the Hair Regrowth System, 60 days for supplements and Hair Renewal shampoos/conditioners, and 30 days for all other eligible products. Free items are final sale.

**Will I be refunded for my original shipping costs?**
No. Original shipping charges and expedited shipping fees are non-refundable. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 USD and all Supplements ship free with no minimum, even under $50.
