30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window for eligible Glov Beauty products. Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Visit our Returns Portal: https://glovbeauty.com/apps/returns/
- Submit your return request and wait for approval.
- Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
- Ship the product(s) back to us within 7 days of approval.

Important: You must receive an RMA number before sending your return. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted under any circumstance and will not be eligible for a refund.
Note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method as Glov Beauty is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
Tracking Says Delivered, But Haven't Received Package
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we are happy to offer a one-time free replacement.
How to Qualify for a Replacement:
- First, check your mailbox, any secure delivery spots, and ask your neighbors if they received the package on your behalf.
- If you still cannot locate your package, please continue checking over the next 48 hours. Sometimes delivery carriers mistakenly mark a package as delivered, and it often arrives within the next day or two.
- If your package still hasn’t arrived after 48 hours, submit a request through our Returns Portal: https://glovbeauty.com/apps/returns/
- Provide your order number and confirm your shipping address for review.
Note: Refunds are not available for orders marked as delivered. Only a one-time free replacement will be issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@glovbeauty.com or on our 24/7 Live Chat at www.glovbeauty.com.
Please include:
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A photo of the shipping box with the visible tracking label
Once reviewed, we will send you a replacement or issue store credit, depending on product availability.
Refund Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take an additional 5–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Note: Original shipping charges (if applicable) and expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.

Important: You have up to 60 days from the date you received your order to submit your refund request under this guarantee.

How Long Do I Have to Ship My Return After Approval?
You must ship your return within 7 days of receiving your return approval. Returns shipped after this period may not be accepted.
Will I Be Refunded for My Original Shipping Costs?
No. Any original shipping charges and expedited shipping fees are non-refundable. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 USD.
