Your 90-Day Glov Lymphatic Journey

What to expect, and roughly when — written so you never have to wonder whether it's working.

Thanks for telling me.

Hi there,

I'm Jessica, and I look after customers here. I wrote this page because the single most common thing women ask me is some version of "is this actually doing anything?"

Lymphatic Advanced is a little different from most supplements we make: a lot of women feel the first change quite early — usually a face that looks less puffy and a body that feels lighter, somewhere in the first one to two weeks. The harder part comes later, and it catches people off guard. Once "less puffy" becomes your normal, you stop noticing it. That's the point where women assume it stopped working, when really it's just stopped being new.

So I've split the twelve weeks into four chapters. Find where you are, and you'll know what's normal.

The routine

How to take it

2 capsules, once a day — always with a meal

That's the entire protocol. No stacking, no timing windows, nothing to schedule around.

Why with food. A meal helps absorption and keeps the botanicals gentle on your stomach.
Which meal. Whichever one you never skip. Most women pick breakfast or lunch. Earlier in the day is kinder if you'd rather not be up at night.
If you miss a day. Take them the next day as usual. Don't double up — there's nothing to catch up on.

Chapter one · week 1

Settling in

This week has one job: make it automatic. Two capsules, one meal, same time. That's it.

The adjustment to expect here is a practical one rather than an unpleasant one — you will probably visit the bathroom more than usual for the first few days. That is the formula doing exactly what it's meant to do. It settles quickly, and drinking more water than feels necessary makes the whole week easier.

Some women already feel a little lighter by day five or six. Others feel nothing yet. Both are completely normal starting points.

Chapter two · weeks 2–4

The first shift

This is the chapter most women remember, because it's usually the first time the mirror agrees with them.

Around weeks 1–2, a face that looks less puffy in the morning and a body that feels lighter.
Around week 3, facial definition becomes visibly sharper — the jawline especially — and belly bloating drops noticeably.
Through week 4, the small things: rings sliding on easily, waistbands not marking your skin by evening, ankles behaving after a long day.
“Purchased these as my legs felt heavy and sluggish. Within a couple of days of starting these my legs felt ‘normal’.”— Maria K. · Verified review
Individual results vary.

A note worth holding onto: the change here is often clearer to other people than it is to you. You see your own face every day, so a gradual shift is the hardest thing in the world for you to spot.

Chapter three · weeks 5–8

Where it deepens

Here's the honest warning for this stretch, and it's the reason this page exists.

Nothing dramatic happens in chapter three. Not because the formula stopped working, but because your baseline moved. Waking up without a puffy face stops feeling like a result and starts feeling like Tuesday. This is where women write to ask whether they still need it.

What's actually happening underneath is the slower work: skin clarity and congestion, the fluid that gathers in your legs and ankles, the consistency of it all. This is also the chapter where the deeper changes in body definition begin to set in.

“So far it has worked well, there is a glow to my skin I haven't had for a long time.”— Shelly S. · Verified review
Individual results vary.

If you want to know whether it's still working, don't consult the mirror. Stop for four or five days and see what returns. Most women only fully register what it was doing once it's gone.

Chapter four · weeks 9–12

Hitting your stride

Weeks six through twelve are where the fullest change shows up — body definition, skin clarity, and an overall lightness that holds steady instead of coming and going.

Mornings without a puffy face or heavy eyes
A flatter, calmer stomach through the whole day
Sharper definition through the face and jaw
Clearer, less congested skin
Legs and ankles that hold up after standing
Rings, waistbands and shoes that fit the same at 9pm as at 9am
Not feeling waterlogged

And it tends to hold. This becomes simply how you feel.

Week one, in detail

If the first few days feel busy

More bathroom trips is the one thing women write to me about in week one. In order, here's what to do:

1Take them with a proper meal. Not coffee, not a slice of toast. A real plate of food.

2Move the dose earlier. Breakfast or lunch rather than dinner, so the activity happens during your day.

3Split them. One capsule with breakfast, one with lunch, for the first week or two.

4Drink more water than you think you need. Counter-intuitive, but flushing fluid works better when there's fluid coming in.

The formula

How it works

Your lymphatic system has no pump of its own. Unlike blood, which your heart moves for you, lymph relies on movement, muscle contraction and breathing to keep going. When it slows, fluid and waste sit in the tissue instead of draining — and that's what you see as a puffy face, a bloated stomach, heavy legs and congested skin.

Lymphatic Advanced works on that drainage directly, pairing botanicals that support fluid movement with ones that support the liver and kidneys — the organs that have to process what the lymph delivers.

Six botanicals

Dandelion Root Extract — supports fluid balance and healthy urinary flow
Burdock Root — traditionally used for cleansing and skin clarity
Cleavers Extract — the classic botanical for lymphatic drainage
Milk Thistle Extract — supports the liver's processing pathways
Quercetin — an antioxidant flavonoid
Ginger Root Extract — supports circulation and digestive comfort

Questions

What women ask me most

How long until I see something?

Most women notice a less puffy face and a lighter body within the first one to two weeks. Facial definition and belly bloat usually shift by week three. The fullest changes land between weeks six and twelve.

Why am I in the bathroom so much?

That's expected in the first few days and it settles. Take the capsules with a full meal, move them earlier in the day, and drink more water than feels necessary.

I felt it early and now I don't. Did it stop working?

Almost certainly not — this is the most common message I get, and it's chapter three. Your baseline moved, so the result stopped feeling like a result. The reliable test is to stop for four or five days and notice what comes back.

Can I take it with my other supplements?

Yes, it sits fine alongside a multivitamin, collagen, magnesium or a probiotic.

I'm on medication. Should I check first?

Yes — please. If you take diuretics, blood thinners, blood pressure or diabetes medication, or you're pregnant or nursing, talk to your doctor before starting.

Do I need to change my diet?

No. If you want to help it along, the two things that make the most difference are water and walking — lymph moves when you move.

How do I change or pause my subscription?
