These Terms of Service apply to glovbeauty.com and every purchase made on it. The site is operated by Glov Beauty LLC ("Glov Beauty", "we", "us", "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Using our site
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with how it works, or to upload harmful code. We may refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud, reseller activity or pricing errors.
2. Products and health information
Our supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Results vary from person to person. Please read every label and talk to your doctor before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.
We try to show product details, colors and prices accurately, but we can't guarantee the site is free of errors. We may correct errors, change prices or discontinue products at any time.
3. Orders and payment
When you place an order you confirm that your payment and shipping details are accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method. Prices are in US dollars unless shown otherwise. Taxes, duties and shipping fees are added at checkout where they apply.
4. Subscriptions
Some products are offered as a subscription. When you choose a subscription:
- Your subscription renews automatically and you're charged for each delivery until you cancel.
- Your billing schedule matches the supply you receive. For example, one pouch is billed and shipped every month.
- Shipping is free on your first supplement order. Each refill after that has a flat $4.95 shipping and handling fee.
- You can skip, change or cancel anytime from your customer account or the link in your subscription emails, or by emailing hello@glovbeauty.com. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.

5. Shipping, returns and our guarantee
Shipping fees and delivery times are explained in our Shipping Policy. Our money-back guarantee and how to request a refund are explained in our Refund Policy.
6. Promotions
Offers such as Buy 2, Get 1 Free and discount codes can't be exchanged for cash, may have conditions shown with the offer, and may change or end at any time. Free items are final sale.
7. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account login safe and for activity on your account. Let us know right away if you think your account has been used without permission.
8. Reviews and content you send us
If you send us reviews, photos, comments or ideas, you allow us to use, edit and publish them in connection with our business without payment to you. Please don't send anything unlawful, misleading or that belongs to someone else.
9. Our content
Everything on this site, including text, images, logos and product designs, belongs to Glov Beauty or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
10. Third-party services
Our site links to and uses services run by other companies, such as payment, shipping and review providers. We aren't responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and our products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent allowed by law. To the extent the law allows, Glov Beauty LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
12. Indemnity
You agree to cover Glov Beauty LLC for any claims or costs that come from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
