Your 90-Day Glov Milk Thistle Journey
What to expect, and roughly when — including the part that can look like it is going backwards.
Thanks for telling me.
Hi there,
I'm Jessica, and I look after customers here. I wrote this page because of one thing that happens with liver-and-skin formulas that almost nobody warns you about, and it costs people the result.
Your skin can look worse before it looks better.
Not everyone gets this. But for some women, somewhere in weeks one to three, congestion that was already sitting under the skin comes up to the surface at once. It feels like the product caused it. What it usually means is that clearance sped up.
The single most useful thing I can tell you: there is a real difference between skin clearing out and skin reacting badly — and you can tell them apart. The section below shows you how. If it is a reaction, stop and write to me. If it is clearing, it is over in a fortnight.
I've split the twelve weeks into four chapters. Find where you are, and you'll know what's normal.
The routine
How to take it
2 capsules, once a day — with a meal
That's the entire protocol. Most women take it with breakfast or lunch.

Settling in
This week has one job: make it automatic. Two capsules, one meal, same time.
What often lands first has nothing to do with your face. It is the heavy feeling after meals fading, and a stomach that is less bloated by evening. A lot of women notice they can eat a normal dinner without wanting to lie down afterwards.
Your face may also look less puffy in the mornings within the first fortnight. That is the earliest visible sign, and it is easy to miss because puffiness leaving is less dramatic than puffiness arriving.
Chapter two · weeks 2–4
The clear-out
This is the chapter that needs the honest explanation.
By weeks three and four, most women see the thing they actually bought this for: skin clearing, hormonal breakouts arriving less often, more stable energy, and the brain fog lifting.
But for some, the fortnight before that looks like the opposite. Congestion that was already forming comes up faster and all at once. It is concentrated in the places you normally break out, it surfaces quickly, and it clears quickly.
Clearing out, or reacting? How to tell
Looks like clearing
Looks like a reaction — stop and write to me
If you are in the right-hand column, stop taking it and email me — do not push through. If you are in the left-hand column, it is worth riding out, and it typically resolves within two weeks.
Chapter three · weeks 5–8
Where it settles
By now the turbulence, if you had any, is behind you, and this is the stretch where the results stop being dramatic and start being steady.
What tends to show up here is facial definition rather than facial clarity — less puffiness around the jaw and under the eyes, so your face looks more like itself. Energy stays level through the afternoon instead of dipping.
The catch is that steady is unremarkable. Nobody writes to tell me their skin was fine again today. This is where it stops feeling like anything is happening, and it is exactly when the liver work is compounding.
Chapter four · weeks 9–12
Hitting your stride
Weeks six through twelve are where the fullest change shows up.
And it tends to hold. This becomes simply how your skin behaves.
The formula
How it works
Your liver clears what your body no longer needs — including spent hormones. When it is working slowly, some of that load ends up being handled by your skin instead, which is why liver stress so often shows up as breakouts, dullness and puffiness rather than as anything you would recognise as a liver problem.
This formula supports the clearing pathways rather than forcing them, which is why it is a twelve-week product and not a three-day cleanse.

What women ask me most
Check it against the two columns in chapter two. If it is in your usual breakout areas, came up fast and has no itching or swelling, it is worth riding out and normally settles within a fortnight. If there is itching, burning, swelling or a spreading rash, stop and email me.
Most women see skin clearing and fewer hormonal breakouts around weeks three and four. Less puffiness and bloating usually comes earlier, in the first fortnight. The fullest changes land between weeks six and twelve.
No. It supports the pathways your liver already uses, over twelve weeks. Anything promising a reset in three days is describing something your liver does not do.
Yes, it sits fine alongside a multivitamin, collagen, magnesium or a probiotic.
Yes — please, and this one matters more than most. Milk thistle and NAC can interact with how the liver processes certain medications, including some statins, blood thinners and hormonal contraception. If you take anything regularly, have a liver condition, or you are pregnant or nursing, talk to your doctor before starting.
No. Water is the one thing worth being deliberate about, particularly in the first fortnight.
