We stand behind every product with a money-back guarantee, even if you've used it. If you're not happy, we'll make it right.
Our Money-Back Guarantee
Your guarantee starts on the day your order is delivered.
- Supplements: 60 days. Subscriptions included. Our Hair Renewal shampoos and conditioners are also covered for 60 days.
- Glov Hair Regrowth System: 120 days. Hair growth takes time, so you get a full 120 days to judge your results.
- All other products: 30 days. This covers the Micro Infusion System and other devices, needle heads, scalp spray, serums, creams, moisturizers, eye products, masks, patches, kits and bundles.
Free items are final sale. For Buy 2, Get 1 Free orders, we refund the amount you paid. A full product list is at the bottom of this page.
How to Request a Refund
- Go to our Returns Portal: glovbeauty.com/apps/returns
- Submit your request and wait for approval.
- Once approved, you'll get a return number (RMA) and instructions by email.
- Ship your return within 7 days of approval, in the original packaging (box, pouch, bottle or case), even if the product is used or empty.

Returns without an RMA number or original packaging can't be refunded. Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a trackable service, since we can't take responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Delivered but Not Received
If your order shows as delivered but you can't find it, check your mailbox, safe spots and neighbors, and give it 48 hours, since carriers sometimes mark packages early. Still missing? Submit a request at glovbeauty.com/apps/returns with your order number and shipping address. We offer a one-time free replacement. Orders marked as delivered aren't eligible for a refund.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email hello@glovbeauty.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and a photo of the shipping box showing the tracking label. We'll send a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.
Refund Timing
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll process it within 10 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and can take another 5 to 7 business days to show up, depending on your bank.
Shipping Fees
- Supplements: shipping is free on your first order. Each subscription refill after that has a flat $4.95 shipping and handling fee.
- All other products: free standard shipping on orders over $50. Subscription refills have a flat $4.95 shipping and handling fee.
Original shipping and expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.
