I love the micro needling system however I purchased these needle heads on September 13th and didn’t receive them until November. That presented a problem as I was unable to do my micro needling treatment cause it took so long for them to get here. I emailed the company and told them I should receive some type of compensation and they said no. I also asked for a refund if I didn’t receive my order within a certain time frame. Amazingly all of a sudden within a week I received my order. Poor customer service however a good product

I've only used maybe a month? I do think it's starting to work. My forehead feels tighter, and the lines around my mouth look to me as if they are diminishing. I'm going to wait for 2+ months before I do a before and after picture. I really want to give it a chance to start working.
I try it. But not lately. I had a family emergency. So maybe next time!

I use the system on my forehead, upper lip, and neck. The wrinkles on my neck are receding, and my former smoker's lip are less lined too! Thank you!
Learned the hard way to not reuse needles because they dull and it will hurt more if you try to use them again.
They arrived quickly and intact.
As expected. I just wish more came with the Serum packages. Love Glov beauty!
